Mr. Joe Cheng is the founder of Cheng Chung Design Hong Kong. He served as CTBUH’s first jury chair for the category of interior design, and the jury member of Frame Award for the category of hospitality design. He has also been honored numerous titles such as UN cultural ambassador, Chinese Design Person of the Year, member of Hall of Fame, Professor of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts and so on. With the design concept of “Eastern artistic conception in Western form ", he is well-known in the field of international hotel interior design. He has awarded more than a hundred of top-notched international design awards including the "Gold Key Awards", which is the highest honor in interior design industry. CCD is the first Chinese design company to win a full range of hotel design awards. CCD was ranked as #1 in TOP 10 Hospitality in US Interior Design Magazine in 2022. In addition, it has been named to the "Top 500 Asian Brands" in 2019 and 2020, and to the "China's 500 Most Valuable Ranking" with a brand valuation of 9.758 billion in 2020. It is the first and only design brand on both lists.

Ken has worked in the architecture and design industry for over 35 years.Master of Architecture in South China University of Technology, under the tutelage of the famous architect Mo Bozhi, researched on Chinese traditional courtyard and modern architectural design, and completed many award-winning works in the Design and Research Institute of South China University of Technology. In 1993, he joined the HBA Los Angeles headquarters for 15 years and became a partner of the HBA. Until 2008, he returned to China and became a partner of CCD. Together with Mr. Joe Cheng, he brought CCD from China to a more globalized platform and completed more than one hundred international hotel projects. From architects to interior design, from Chinese local traditions to Western design culture, these rich learning and overseas work experience have enabled him to form a unique personal insight and international vision, which always endows the project with unique innovation

Ray has nearly 17 years of experience in hotel interior design, many international well-known hotel projects were designed by him. His professional training and solid projectmanagement experience has provided him a comprehensive knowledge of each process, from architectures to interior design. Besides, he has a background in Fine Art. He has artistic design sense and international experience to generate creative design concept and pay great tribute to the project. Prior to Joining CCD, he graduated from Fashion Institute of Technology with BFA degree in Interior Design major in New York，worked with internationally esteemed design firms in New York after graduation, such as Rockwell Group, and Jeffrey Beers International, etc.

Andy Li has been engaged in interior design for more than ten years.During his time at CCD,he went from being anordinary designer to a senior vice president / principal partner / design director. with the development of the company, Andy Li has completed many international brand hotels and and residences and other top design projects, served domestic real estate enterprises, accumulated rich experience in design project management and team management. He is good at interpreting a completeinterior architectural design from the perspectives of architecture, garden and art,and follows the lifebehavior of people to shape the diversity of space functions, so as to achieve the harmony between people and the space.
